Counselling consist of confidential one to one sessions where you will be given the space to talk about your problems and difficulties.
The purpose of the consultation is to allow you and your counsellor to look firstly at your difficulties then at your aims, and goals. This means exploring what you want to gain from the sessions and an opportunity for you to see if therapy is right for you, and if Xanthia the right counsellor for you.
Counselling is a unique experience for everyone as no two people are the same. For some, it may entail a look into the past while others may focus upon practical coping skills such as their management of current circumstances, thoughts, and emotions.
